EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

​EXCHANGES

 

You can request an exchange for your product within 30 calendar days after receipt. After this period, requests will be automatically denied.

 

To start the exchange process, send an email to oi@lamoni.com.br with the subject "EXCHANGE" and include the following information:

  • Reason for the exchange.

  • Attached invoice or document received with the product.

  • Order number.

  • Reference of the item to be exchanged (available on the invoice, order tracking emails, and your account).

RETURNS

 

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product. After this period, requests will be automatically denied.

 

To request a return, send an email to oi@lamoni.com.br with the subject "RETURN" and include the following information:

  • Reason for the return.

  • Attached invoice or document received with the product.

  • Order number.

  • Reference of the item to be returned (available on the invoice, order tracking emails, and your account).

IMPORTANT: GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

The cost of shipping for exchanges or returns is the customer’s responsibility. However, the shipping for the new item sent will be covered by La Moni.

 

You can exchange your product for any other available on our website or opt for a credit to your account for future purchases. This credit has no expiration date. Product reservation for exchange is subject to availability.

 

Products with only one unit in stock cannot be reserved. To process an exchange or return, the product must be sent in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the invoice.

 

The product must not show signs of use, washing, or any alteration; it must be in perfect condition, with the tag attached.

Refunds For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be processed directly by the card issuer, with the amount credited to the card within up to 90 calendar days after confirmation of the purchase cancellation. This timeframe is determined by the card issuer.

 

For purchases made via bank slip or PIX, the refund will be processed within up to 15 business days, deposited into a bank account in the customer's name. It is essential that the CPF of the account holder matches the one used for the order. We do not process refunds to third parties.
